Account Manager - Outbound Accounts

The Position:

This is an Internal Phone-Based Business Development/Account Management opportunity based in our Edmonton office. Account Manager’s – Outbound Accounts with our members across Canada to build trusting relationships and market our Dealership Solutions products, services, and programs. Our mandate is to provide our members with everything they need to operate on a daily basis, this includes products and services ranging from Merchant Processing & Gasoline to Detail Chemicals & Office Supplies, and everything in between. This position focuses on programs from our Direct-To-Customer and Dealership Supplies divisions.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong phone presence and the ability to engage with customers and build relationships from a distance
  • Strong drive and self-motivation
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple sales processes and pipelines cross selling a variety of products and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Independent drive and motivation
  • Firm understanding of technology including the use of CRM & Microsoft Office
  • Desire to grown and learn

Primary Responsibilities

  • Building trusting relationships with new and existing Automotive Dealerships across all departments (Administration, Parts, Service, Sales, Business Office & Detail)
  • Scheduling phone calls and online meetings with members to understand their needs and explain the benefits of our various products, services and programs
  • Collaborating with internal, external, and vendors to facilitate member needs
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of WD Co-Auto’s offerings
  • Ensuring that all customer data is kept up to date through the companies CRM system

The Location

The ideal candidate will be located in Edmonton or surrounding areas. This position will be based out of our head office.

Territory Manager - BC/Okanagan

Equipment Sales Consultant – Saskatchewan and Manitoba

Our mandate is to provide our members with everything they need to operate their Fixed Operations Department daily. This position focuses on products and services ranging from small shop tools, vehicle lifts, front end service equipment, fluid delivery, diagnostic equipment, and everything in between.

Position Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple sales processes and pipelines cross selling a variety of products and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Service Technicians

WD Co-Auto is looking for service technicians in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and BC to help with the installation and repair of automotive equipment including lifts, car washes, vehicle exhaust systems, and detail bay equipment.
